Returning a product because you have changed your mind
The product may only be returned within seven (7) days of purchase if product and packaging remain unopened, undamaged and in a good condition that is fit for resale at the purchased price. The purchaser will be entirely responsible for shipping cost and ensure the product is undamaged and returned within seven (7) days. Once we have received the product and have confirmed that it meets our conditions, we will issue a refund. A restocking fee of 5% of the refunded amount will be charged.
Returning a product because it is faulty, damaged or does not work as intended
Please provide us with a description of the defect and any photos necessary for us to confirm a defect. We may ask you to ship the product back to us. Once we are satisfied that the product warrants being repaired or replaced under the Consumers Guarantee Act, we will do so. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, we will issue a refund.
